EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Our talented, experienced team is ready to go to work for you. Get to know them.

Growing up on the Iron Range gave JoyGenea an appreciation for the outdoors, free range adventures, and what it's like to grow-up in a small town. She was lucky to be diagnosed with dyslexia at age five thanks to her seasoned kindergarten teacher Mrs. Milton. Her struggles with reading and spelling made going to school something she tried to quit for twelve years. Like so many neurodiverse, she didn't give up. She just kept showing up and giving it her best.  That attitude of curiosity, grit, and love of understanding how things work is demonstrated in her non-traditional career choices and education.

JoyGenea is an ICF-certified success life coach, Dare to Lead Brené Brown certified coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, currently training with Brendon Burchard, and educated in lots of other areas from hospice volunteer to forklift operator. She is a proud dyslexic thinker and brings that experience, wisdom, and creativity to all of her clients.

Her goal is to help clients reach all of their strengths, explore their neurological style of thinking, build better businesses, make more money, have great relationships with family and friends, and love the work they are doing.

Since 2008 she has also been facilitating group coaching and peer mentor groups both in-person and online. Her style of leading and coaching is both direct, questioning, and kind. Always a coach and curious explorer she often asks the avoided or unseen questions.

Because of her 20+ years of business ownership, working in the field of marketing, and coaching business owners, she can assist entrepreneurs and business owners in overcoming personal and professional obstacles. She helps to build systems and plans, aids in implementing those plans, and then holds clients accountable for their goals.

She specializes in working with individuals to uncover their potential and help them embody confidence as a leader.

Mission,

Vision, & Why

I imagine a world where people with dyslexia, ADHD, and autism are not only seen as disabled,
but are embraced as differently-abled and recognized as being vital to business growth, innovation, and our communities as a whole.
