Makes 12

6 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon chopped chives (garnish)

How to make:

  1. Slice eggs half the long way and remove yolks.
  2. Transfer yolks to a zip-lock bag and add yogurt, mustard, horseradish, vinegar, pepper, curry powder, and salt.
  3. Seal the bag and mash all ingredients from outside using your hands.
  4. Slice off a corner of the bag and pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites.
  5. Garnish with minced chives and serve.
