Read more, if you want to grow. It is really that simple.
I started a little book club because after reading four or five leadership books a couple of them said you need to read at least a book a month. Well, I thought that sounded great and ridiculous.
How could I read a book a month, when it took me months to read one book? Then I realized this was a challenge.
Could I find a way for me to read a book a month? The answer now is yes, and I read two or three some months.
This is my encouragement for you to find a way to read more starting today.

- Personal Development
- Marketing/Sales
- Health & Wellness
- Biographies
I will remind you that “reading” looks and is different for each person. I “read” with a hard copy of the book, pen in hand, while listening to the audio. I take pages of notes at times or none at all.
Feel free to ask me about any of the almost 200 books I have read.
I would enjoy hearing about your style of “reading” and what is one of your recommended books?
