A message from Mother Nature: live life to the fullest

Here’s a lesson from Mother Nature- live life to the fullest. Don’t limit yourself.

I’ve been talking about limiting beliefs this week and some tools to combat those, so I also want to share some inspiration to love yourself and appreciate your time. This Cecropia moth is a great example of using time to the fullest without insecurity. Its lifespan is just two weeks, and it makes the most of that time in such a beautiful way.

We have far more than two weeks, but are we living our full lives? Are we making sure that no limiting beliefs are preventing us from living our best lives?

So, today I wanna introduce you to the Cecropia moth, and yes this is it and it’s absolutely beautiful, and no I’m trying really hard not to touch this little friend. So, something incredible about these beautiful moths is the fact that they only live for two weeks. That’s it that’s the whole life of the moth is two weeks. So, imagine being this beautiful, this incredible for two weeks, and you’ve got to do everything that you need to do in two weeks. Trust me this little moth is not walking around with limiting beliefs. It’s not walking around wondering, ‘Am I supposed to be here? Am I good enough? Is my butt too big?’ It’s not thinking any of those things. It is just doing what nature’s asking it to do in the two weeks that it has to live, and this unfortunately is nearing the end of its life, and it’s very clear that’s why it’s so docile, and so I’m being very careful with it, but I thought it was a great metaphor for reminding us of how we have far more than two weeks, but are we living out our full lives, and are we making sure that no limiting beliefs are preventing us from having our best life?
