I don’t know if you’ve been paying attention, but AI is really changing everything. It is changing how we think. I watched it when social media came along. I watched it when the internet came along. I watched it when emails came along. There was a shift, but it was slow. This is going to be fast. I felt it in myself. I can feel a shift in how I delegate things, how I look at things. This is my reminder that if you are an unconventional leader, this is your time. This is 100% your time. If you’ve been thinking about starting a business, if you’ve had it on the back burner, now is the time to explore that. Now is the time to figure out how to make that happen. AI tools could not make it any easier for you, and the opportunity that is at the beginning of a new frontier is unbelievable, so my encouragement to myself and to other leaders is- take this time, take this opportunity, and explore and get in there and take action, cause you will be amazed by the rewards that will come from that.
