Hey, so this helped my client, and I just have to share it with you because it might be the thing that changes your life. So, my client was having the worst time getting out of bed in the morning. They would wake up to the first alarm and then the second and third and not move. They were so fighting it, so we built their ideal best morning routine with time. When we were done the look of empowerment and ownership on that client’s face was amazing. This is what they sent me the next day my alarm went off, and I thought, I gotta get moving. I can’t wait to do the things for myself this morning. This is my time and I don’t want to miss it.
