Last week, I mentioned that I have a 47-point SOP for my daily tasks, and you all wanted to know what all is on that list! Let’s talk about it.
This list helps me stay on track with work tasks, health reminders, and everything in between.

There has been a very interesting and significant amount of feedback from last week’s blog and discussion about traveling, and since it is the holidays, and a lot of people are traveling right now, I thought well we’ll just kind of check back in on that, and the biggest comment was, “What in the world is on your daily SOP 47 point checklist?” And, while that might sound like ‘whoa, that’s a lot on a checklist,’ it has so reduced my stress and anxiety, so I will quickly go over it. My checklist is broken into four categories, they are early morning, morning, afternoon, and then evening, and within those categories exist everything from brushing my teeth, to taking my supplements, to which supplements at which time. I’m working with the naturopathic doctor, and if you’ve ever worked with somebody like that, you wind up taking a wide variety of supplements at really weird times. It’s hard to remember. I use that tool every day. It makes my life so easy. I check it probably every 2, 3 hours. I just drop it, and I’m like ‘okay, have I remembered this this and this?’ It also and, where that comes from, and why it is actually so robust is because of the training and the work that I’m doing with 10k gamification and with UK Chow- phenomenal work that really resonates. I’ve already been doing some of it, but the more and more I’m learning about gamifying and small wins, and the dopamine, and being able to implement that, because systems and technologies have finally gotten there. That is why my system is that robust. It is not overwhelming. It is simple and easy. I adjust my template probably every three, two to three weeks, because something new has come into the system, something old is completed.
I’m telling you, it might sound like a lot, it’s actually not. So, now you know a little bit more about me and one of the things I really believe in, and that is taking off that executive function load, making it so much easier and being more successful in your life. This is win win, I’m telling you.
