Hey, my different thinkers! If you’re not journaling yet, I highly recommend starting. Grab a notebook, use your calendar, or whatever works for you, and start recording your wins—big or small. On those tough days when self-doubt creeps in, flipping through your past successes can remind you just how incredible you are!
One of my clients even created a “Wins Calendar” in Google to track their achievements. When we meet, they can look back and say, “Oh yeah, I did that!” You’re winning more than you realize—you just need to remind yourself.
💡 Be kinder to yourself.
💡 Celebrate your successes.
💡 Keep moving forward—one step at a time.
🔹 What’s a win you’re celebrating today? Drop it in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.

Hi, my different thinker motivational moment this week for my fabulous and incredible neurodiverse friends and people listening—you are amazing, and you know I feel that way.
One of the things I want to point out to you is if you are not journaling—and I know I talk about this—but if you are not journaling, I highly recommend it. Grab a notebook, grab a pen if that’s the easiest way. You can use your calendar, but start to write down some of your wins, like, “Today, this went really well,” or, “Today, this…” Write down some of the places where you’re winning. Something went well for you.
And here’s why I’m saying that—when you have those really crappy days where you can’t find a win and you’re like, “Why am I even doing all this? This is such a struggle,” having that somewhere to flip through the pages and go, “Oh, you know, maybe I’m not that awful. Today is just a rough day, and I get to have some of those, and you get to have some of those.”
But you know what? You are incredible. You’re amazing. You’re putting one foot forward. You are doing the best you can, as every human being does, so I want you to be reminded of that.
Sometimes, a simple journal of “My Best Wins” is all you need. I actually have one client who puts them at the end of the day in their calendar. They actually made an extra calendar—they’re using Google—and they put their wins in there. Then, when we meet, they just pull it up, and they’re like, “Oh yeah, last week I did this!”
So, remember—you’re winning. You might just need to point it out and remind yourself in what ways you’re an awesome and amazing different thinker. Please don’t change that, but please say kinder things to yourself and demonstrate and show yourself how you are succeeding.
