This is your Different Thinker Motivational Moment. Let’s do what I think is a brilliant thing to do, particularly at the end of a year, which is called a reverse resolution. What are one or two things you are not going to do in the next year? What are one or two things that you have learned in the last year that you should not be doing? What’s one or two things that you know aren’t helpful to you in any way, that should stay in the year that we are leaving behind? That is the greatest gift that you can give to your Different Thinker mind. Take a little bit of time to recognize that not everything should move forward with us year to year. There are some things that should just be left behind. So, what are the one or two things that you need to leave behind and stop doing? That is your reverse resolution for the next year: what is it that you need to stop doing and leave behind in the year that’s passing?
I’m JoyGenea, International Neurodiversity Coach, Different Thinker, and strong believer in success. Bye now.
