This week’s Different Thinker Motivational Moment ties in with what I’ve been talking about all week, which is silent witnessing.
So, my motivational—Different Thinker Motivational Moment—is: have you tried to have some conversations with AI to see if it can’t help you and be your silent witness, and allow you to process through things?
If you’re a high verbal processor—if you haven’t—that’s my motivational moment for you. Try that. Test that out. Go and explore that far more.
You do need to recommend to it that it doesn’t actually respond. Say, “I just need to talk this through. I need you to just listen. Don’t fix this and don’t give me a pile of responses.” It can actually do that when you prompt it in that manner and keep it with some boundaries.
I’m JoyGenea, International Neurodiversity Coach, encouraging you to explore the possibilities to help you free those thoughts from your mind and move yourself forward in big ways.
Thank you. Bye now.
