When your brain hits a wall, here’s how to reset in under 10 minutes.
Episode 1.1
I stand up, because more than likely, I’ve been sitting at my desk.
So it’s fried out. I take and watch a short video.
My favorite is one by Emma Green, Tennis Elbow Queen.
Your elbow is super important, especially if you’ve been working at your desk. You need to take care of your shoulders, your arms, so make sure to watch a video. Let your brain tune out and focus on something else, and think about something else.
Remember, your whole body needs a break.
I’m JoyGenea, International Neurodiversity and Unconventional Leadership Coach. Thanks for tuning in, and if you hang on, I’ll actually show you one of those videos.
Here’s Emma Green’s awesome video.
So what she says is: bring your hand up, push it down, and you pull, and you can feel this extra stretch. And then bring it down.
There you go—quick, easy way to stretch and start to think about something else. You’d be amazed—your brain will reboot.
