Wanna be a great leader? Awesome! Leadership of yourself comes first for the greatest success. I’m gonna be vulnerable here and share that for me, this means knowing a little bit more about RSD and anxiety, you ever catch yourself getting angry over a puzzle? Yeah, that happened to me recently and it was a good sign of RSD. So last week I was with some friends doing a jigsaw puzzle and after a really intense conversation about some brain testing results I could feel myself getting angry at everything. That’s when I knew something was up. Later I realized that was actually the start of some really high anxiety and sensitivity. So RSD rejection sensitivity dysphoria, and for me this rarely shows up anymore, so it was able to quietly sneak in first it was some cravings of food, then it was tension in my body, and then I was just crabby at people I love. These can also be signs of anxiety, depression, or panic attacks and those can be clues. So I walked around. I took care of my brain. I did some things to help me un-hijack. If you’re a different thinker, like me and millions of people and leaders are, sometimes the best way to take care of yourself is to notice the puzzle pieces of your emotions literally and figuratively. So as a leader of yourself and others do you know what the first clue is of your stress building up? You should it will save you thousands of dollars. I promise. I’m JoyGenea, international neurodiversity coach and unconventional leadership expert. Thank you.
