Many leaders need to create more space for wins and build momentum in their processes. Adam Grant’s book Hidden Potential is a great inspiration for making these shifts. I highly recommend giving it a read or listen.
Perfection is quiet. Progress is visible.

If you have not listened or read this book yet, I highly recommend it. A note I keep on my desk, ‘ship then sharpen.’ I used to wait for the fear of not doing it right or good enough, but now I practice in public- one of the bonuses of ADHD and as a coach and unconventional thinker. I do my best work when I name the normal, set a limitation, and ask for one improvement per loop right. It lowers pressure, it raises progress. Progress is a lot easier when I can celebrate a win, and then another win, and then another win. So, this week I’m sharing more drafts. I’m early. I’m doing more early check-ins. I am doing more tiny wins. Join me, I would love it. Let’s celebrate your practice in public progress. Please add some information to the comments below, share this video, encourage other people to practice in public, and not hang on to everything in waiting for perfect. That is something you can definitely learn from most different thinkers, if we waited for perfect, just trust me, we all got over that a long time ago.
I’m JoyGenea, Unconventional leadership coach Neuro- international neurodiversity coach and a champion for the incredible brilliance that is out there in each of you.
Thank you so much.
