My go-to reading tool: Readwise

Are you a different thinker who finds reading to be a brain drain? For a lot of us dyslexic or ADHD thinkers, using assistive reading tools can make a huge difference. That’s why I want to show you how easy it is to use my favorite reading tool- readwise.io.

What tools do you use when reading?

So, I’ve been talking quite a bit about readwise and its reader feature, which I really like. So, let me show you how easy this is to add something in. I have an article, really long, I’m gonna want it to read to me, so I’ve logged in I go over here, I say, ooh url. I’ve already saved the URL, so then I hit save, pulls it in, not sure what it is, oh look boom there it is, Behind the Diary. I click on this, now it’s gonna pull that up for me. Notice it’s got a little summary over here on the left, right hand side, and then see I can highlight at any point, and now that’s all highlighted. I can leave additional comments if I want right there, any of those types of things. If I want that to not save, I’m just gonna delete that highlight, it’s so easy. Now it’s really easy, I can hit listen up in this, and here we go, and it’s gonna read for me. It’s that simple I highly recommend you check this out, it’s pretty cool.
