Get these figured out and you won’t put this on your goal list again. I promise you that after my clients do this, they have had a 95% success rate. They are amazed.
- The Container
What type of container do you use the most? If you don’t know you may need to buy and try a variety. That is ok. The results are worth it. I tried about ten before I found the right combination for me. For most of my clients, it’s two to fifteen.

- size of the container (too big you won’t bring it with you, too small you will have to fill it all the time)
