POST-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

Makes 1


Ingredients:
1 cup no-sugar-added coconut water
¼ avocado
½ banana
¼ cup ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon almond butter
½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
2 cups spinach

How to make:

  1. Add spinach to a blend, followed by all other ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth. If it is too chunky, thin it out with a little water but don’t make it too thin.
