This go-to resource is like a field guide for different thinkers to reference in the moment whenever they might need it. When overwhelm hits, I know how helpful an external solution process can be. That is why I am creating the Unconventional Leaders Playbook.

What a lot of people don’t know is that I actually studied civil engineering and land surveying as a technician when I went to the trade school locally. I loved it. I loved the math. I loved being outside. I loved the computers. Like it was great, and when I finished college, one of my most prized possessions was this little book, the ref– The Pocket Reference by Thomas J Glover. I carried it everywhere; it has math formulas, codes, concrete information, and specs, Morse code information. Honestly, it felt like my secret weapon. I’d pull that out and be like, “Oh, just hang on. Oh, that says this.” I pulled it off my bookshelf the other day and just open those worn pages, and it reminded me how much I relied on it, and it hit me. Leadership works the exact same way, especially if you’re a different thinker. You need tools, strategies, reminders all in one spot not scattered not hidden away, but right there when you need them. That’s why I’m creating the Unconventional Leaders Playbook because leaders like us don’t need to fit the mold; we need a quick reference guide that fits our wiring, and that’s what this playbook is designed to be. How much do you think having a guide like that would improve your leadership?
I’d love to hear about it. Leave some comments for me, that’d be great. More details in the coming weeks about my unconventional leadership blueprint and guide. I am JoyGenea, assisting international leaders that are different thinkers in so many ways to create astonishing results. Thank you so much.
