I’ll be honest, leadership has not always felt easy for me as a different thinker. There were times I thought something was wrong with me. Hell I got snagged into the system last week and was reminded that I do not fit the mold, and I’m not a typical leader.
It took a couple days for me to remember that I have never been a typical coach or a typical leader. Thank you for reminding me of what inspired me to do this. I could have stayed a civil engineer and a land surveyor, but somebody needed to step up and lead. Somebody needed to help guide, and somebody needed to make an impact at a deeper level, and that’s why I created the Unconventional Leaders Playbook. It’s the resource I wish I’d had when I first realized my dyslexia forgot to stay in high school and was coming with me for the rest of my life. I needed to figure this out.
