Hey, I get asked this all the time- “How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?” Let’s break it down.
No.1 therapy helps you process the past, working through emotions, trauma, or pain that still shows up today in your life.
No.2 consulting, that’s when you already know the problem or you definitely know there is a problem, and you bring someone in to give you expert advice and solutions, and next action steps.
No.3 coaching with me is different. We look at your behavior, your dominant traits, your best learning style, and your leadership approach. I’ll always bring you back to one core question- how are you coming at this with your best and highest self? Neurodiversity is just a part of what I do, but it’s not the whole story. You’re more than your neurodiverse traits. You’re a visionary person, a leader, a whole person, and my coaching is about unlocking that full potential and integrating it all in together.
