Train your internal narrator — Silent Voice 101.

Hey, verbal processors, I see you.

Quick question: ever feel like your thoughts don’t count until you say them out loud?

Yeah, I see you. You’re not alone.

But here’s the thing — sometimes you can’t talk everything out. Like in meetings. Or when you just need to think through something fast and you’re alone.

So let me introduce you to a tool: your internal narrator — a.k.a. your silent voice.

It’s a trainable skill, and it changes a whole bunch of things for you. So let’s open new doors and create new things.

Here’s how you build it:

Step 1
Start by whispering. Mouth the words silently. Slowly shift your speech into your head.

Step 2
Narrate your actions. Think, Now I’m opening my laptop. I’m checking emails. It keeps your mind grounded.

Step 3
Write to think. Journal. Text yourself. It organizes your thoughts. Eventually, you’ll start writing in your head. It’ll be easier.

Step 4
Ask yourself stuff like, What do I need right now? or Why do I feel off? Many check-ins equal powerful inner dialogue.

Here’s a bonus:
Pair visuals with words in your mind. Draw it, then narrate it internally.

And a reminder — you’re not broken. This isn’t about stopping how you process. This is about expanding your options.

I always want you to have more options.
