When I am on the road, I have specific items I bring to help keep me on track and soothe my senses. For me, the top three items are a heated eye mask, earplugs, and a little aromatherapy.
What is in your travel toolbox?

Well we’re here at the airport again, and this week I really wanted to focus on, how do you travel and get the most out of that, and not mess up your system, as a person who might be a little more sensitive to that and a leader. You need to get off the plane and be able to lead. That’s what I know about it, and often I have clients that aren’t paying attention to that, get on the plane, get off and just keep trying to plow. It doesn’t work, so I just wanted to remind you of three things I love to take with me, and they are: an heated eye mask- very simple USB battery pack that goes with it, that is so refreshing really, really helpful, another one is um earplugs because you never know what noise is gonna be around and it’s really easy to fall asleep and catch up if you’ve got a way to block out the noise, and the other item I really like to bring with me that’s super simple is actually some aromatherapy. I like to bring some beautiful smells with me. not a lot, small vials, just cause you never know what that darn hotel room is gonna smell like, and it can be really nice to help you recover. So just a few hints on the road. What kind of things do you do to keep that schedule going?
