I was visiting with a person, who I really hope becomes a client, last week and she has this totally rad, fun website and social media thing going on. They are having a problem with not being able to turn that into sales.
You can guess what I did next. I went to the website and facebook page. Both looked good, branding was consistent, and the fun oozed off of all of it. All that is really important. It became clear to me something was missing….a focus. Other than fun, I couldn’t see what else they wanted from me as a visitor to the site.
Now that they have grown the company to this level, it is time to look at the next level and then add that focus to the web and social conversation.
When people visit your website, make sure that it is clear what you would like them to do.
