So, RSD can make leadership really tough—let’s just be honest. And here’s how it might hold you back:
- Struggles with feedback—even constructive criticism. It stings, and you may not be able to use it in the way that it’s meant to be used, which is to be helpful.
- Impulsivity—well, come on, you have ADHD, so impulsivity is always in there.
- Fear of rejection, though, can be part of that, and that can lead to quick decisions.
- Burnout—I see this often. You can push yourself too hard to avoid failure, but you don’t need to do that.
