So, RSD can make leadership really tough—let’s just be honest. And here’s how it might hold you back:

  • Struggles with feedback—even constructive criticism. It stings, and you may not be able to use it in the way that it’s meant to be used, which is to be helpful.
  • Impulsivity—well, come on, you have ADHD, so impulsivity is always in there.
  • Fear of rejection, though, can be part of that, and that can lead to quick decisions.
  • Burnout—I see this often. You can push yourself too hard to avoid failure, but you don’t need to do that.

So, RSD can feel overwhelming, but there’s hope! In part four, I’ll share game-changing strategies to manage your RSD like the super boss that you are.
