Time Boundaries Part 3 The Seven Most Common Types of Boundaries

TRANSCRIPTION:

Hi, I’m JoyGenea, Neurodiversity Coach, and today we’re still talking about boundaries. And I wanted to talk a little bit about time boundaries since I’ve done quite a few videos about time blindness. I encourage you to check that out. But within the ADHD, dyslexia, autism world, time blindness is a serious thing, and what that does for a lot of other people is crosses a lot of time boundaries, since we’re talking about boundaries. So that’s prioritizing your time. That’s also the needs of others and understanding about their boundaries around time and being respectful of that and respectfully using your own time.

So, time boundaries can be a bit of a challenge in our world and understanding that for other people that might not be an issue at all. And so, our time blindness might be getting all over their time structure and boundaries. Learning about that, having some communication about that can be really, really important. So, if this is something that you find might be an issue within some of your most important relationships, I highly recommend you do a little more research and learn a little more about what you can do to shift up your time boundaries. It might be just something as simple as being a lot earlier for meetings, finding ways to fill that time, so forth. So, lots of options. I got lots of videos, check those out. But time boundaries- worth the communication.

Bye now.
